Paul Matthews BA (Hons) BArch RIBA ARB
I graduated from The Manchester School of Architecture
and initially worked as an Associate Architect in a
private practice. I have designed and have been
involved with a wide range of projects within the
educational, health care, community, ecclesiastical
sectors, as well as apartments, one-off bespoke homes
to small domestic extensions. From private practice, I
then worked for the NHS in Estates Capital Development,
project managing various new build projects as well as
being involved in the conversion, adaptation and
refurbishment of existing buildings for the health care
environment within the Primary Care Sector. Having a
passion for residential design, I then founded ADS
Architects in 2005 and have since established a Practice
that specialists in residential and domestic architecture.
About
ADS Architects is a growing RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in
Hyde, Tameside, Greater Manchester. I have earned a reputation for
providing honest, well-founded advice and for providing a personal service.
I aim to provide a personal and professional service throughout every stage
of the design and construction process by working closely with each client to
understand their needs and ambitions, I also aspire to exceed their
expectations. I offer a service that blends practical, hands-on experience,
creative design flair as well as producing design solutions that are
attractive, practical, cost effective and above all achieves clients spatial
ambitions and requirements.
Primarily, I work for private clients producing residential new build,
extensions and refurbishment of existing houses, as well the conversion of
other existing buildings into residential properties. I also undertake works
within the educational, health, commercial, industrial, charity and
ecclesiastical sector environments.
ADS Architects also undertake works as a Consultant Architect for other
specialist consultants and design professionals as well as for developers
and contractors.
RIBA Chartered Practices are the only architectural practices endorsed
and promoted by the RIBA. This accreditation sends a strong signal to
clients, employees and the wider construction industry and shows that
my Practice is committed to excellence in design and service delivery at
all times.
